1. Payment

1.1. Payment for the ordered goods is made according to the payment method chosen by you, which is specified on the website of “Shrapnel Publisher” store. We offer several convenient payment options, such as:

Payment through payment systems;
Cash payment upon self-pickup (if this option is available).
1.2. The prices of the products are indicated in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH) and include the cost of goods and taxes. The cost of delivery, if applicable, will be specified separately.

2. Delivery

2.1. The “Shrapnel Publisher” store provides the possibility of delivering ordered goods both within the territory of Ukraine and beyond its borders.

2.2. For the convenience of our customers, we offer the following delivery methods:

Courier delivery to the specified address within Ukraine;
Delivery by “Nova Poshta” or “Ukrposhta” within Ukraine;
International delivery to other countries (except for Russia and Belarus).

2.4. The ordered goods will be dispatched within 3 working days from the moment of payment confirmation.

3. Returns and Exchanges

3.1. We grant the right to exchange or return the product in case of defects or poor quality.

If the purchased product has a printing defect, such as the absence of printed text, misalignment of pages on the printing press, inconsistency of the book’s title on the cover with its content, or inverted pages relative to the cover, you have the right to return the purchased book to the store within 14 days from the date of receipt.

3.3. To initiate the procedure for returning or exchanging products, please contact the customer service department of “Shrapnel Publisher” store. Our staff is ready to provide assistance and resolve any issues related to product returns or exchanges.

3.4. Please note that in accordance with current legislation, some products may not be subject to return or exchange due to their nature or characteristics. In such cases, our staff will provide additional information regarding the possibility of return or exchange before making the purchase.
