1.1. The bookshop “Shrapnel Publisher” offers the following range of products: books and other literary works.
Prices of Goods:
2.1. Prices for goods are determined according to their type and edition and are indicated on the store’s website.
2.2. The bookshop “Shrapnel Publisher” reserves the right to change prices for goods at any time without prior notice to customers.
Payment Terms:
3.1. Payment for ordered goods is made according to the chosen payment method specified on the website.
Delivery:
4.1. For the convenience of customers, delivery of ordered goods is available within the territory of Ukraine.
The cost and delivery terms depend on the chosen method of delivery and region.
4.2. Orders paid by customers will be dispatched within 3 working days from the moment of payment confirmation.
4.3. The bookshop “Shrapnel Publisher” provides international delivery for orders outside of Ukraine.
4.4. Please note that international delivery is not available to the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
Rights and Obligations of the Parties:

5.2. The customer is obliged to provide accurate contact information for delivery and timely payment for the ordered goods.
Returns and Exchange of Goods:
6.1. In accordance with the current legislation, exchange and return of goods are possible in case of defects or poor quality.
6.2. To initiate the procedure for return or exchange of goods, please contact the customer service department of the “Shrapnel Publisher” store.
6.3. If the purchased item has a printing defect, such as the absence of printed text, misalignment of pages on the printing press, inconsistency of the book’s title on the cover with its content, or inverted pages relative to the cover, you have the right to return the purchased book to the store within 14 days from the date of receipt.
6.4. In accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”” dated March 19, 1994, No. 172, such products of proper quality are not subject to return.

7.1. The information provided by the customer is confidential. The online store “Shrapnel Publisher” uses this information solely for the purpose of processing orders, sending messages to the customer, ensuring delivery of goods, conducting mutual settlements, and other relevant processes.
Amendment and Termination of the Agreement:
8.1. The bookshop “Shrapnel Publisher” reserves the right to make changes to this public offer without prior notice to customers.
8.2. In case of breach of the terms of this agreement, the bookshop “Shrapnel Publisher” has the right to terminate the agreement with the customer.
